Diane Englert Christian, Managing Partner
Prior to starting Optimum Growth Advisors, LLC Ms. Christian was a Senior Vice President at the U.S. Trust Company ofNew York. In her role as Director of Research and Senior Portfolio Manager of Campbell, Cowperthwait Division, she was a key member of the investment committee and oversaw the implementation of investment decisions. Prior to working at Campbell, Cowperthwait & Company, Ms. Christian was also employed at Shearson Lehman and began her career in 1985 at E.F. Hutton in the asset management and financial auditing areas. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR), the New York Society of Security Analysts and Boston Security Analysts Society. She received her degree in Economics from Boston College.
Karen M. Japngie, Managing Partner
Prior to starting Optimum Growth Advisors, LLC Ms. Japngie began her career at Paine Webber in New York, 1978 as a Registered Investment Advisor, Series 7 and 63 licensed. She implemented a portfolio management program for high net worth and trust portfolio assets. She was also Vice President at the U.S. Trust Company of New York and acted in the capacity of Senior Portfolio Manager and head of Client Relations and Administration of the Campbell, Cowperthwait Division. She was a key member of the investment asset allocation committee. Prior to the acquisition of Campbell, Cowperthwait by U.S. Trust Company of New York, Ms. Japngie worked at Campbell, Cowperthwait & Company for over fifteen years. She played an integral role in the growth of the boutique money management firm. She is currently a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation candidate.
Shannon A. Motley, Associate Portfolio Manager
Ms. Motley was a Financial Officer and Associate Portfolio Manager with U.S. Trust Company of New York. She began her career at Campbell, Cowperthwait & Company, a boutique investment firm in New York. She has been with Optimum Growth Advisors, LLC since 1998.
Lynn T. Bragdon, Operations and Compliance Officer
Ms. Bragdon joined Optimum Growth Advisors, LLC coming from a strong background in sales and retailing. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree she began her business career at Filene’s Department store where she had a progressive career including Division Director managing several divisions in merchandising and operations. She also spent several years working with ITT Sheraton North America Division as well as an account manager for Napier Inc. and McGillivary and Lee. She has been employed with Optimum Growth Advisors, LLC since January 2008.
